Web Hosting Provider, MST Holdings Subsidiary, Extends Video Launch, for Trump

Hawthorne, New Jersey - (The Hosting News) - February 27, 2008 - Carrier class communications technology company, MSTI Holdings, Inc.’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Microwave Satellite Technologies, Inc. (MST, Inc./NuVisions), has entered into an amendment in its agreement with Trump International Hotel and Tower Condominium (Trump).

Under the terms of the amendment, the parties have extended MST’s service provider agreement through June 30, 2013 at One Central Park, a luxury condominium hotel in Manhattan. MST will provide expanded services, including the launch of MST’s IP-based Video on Demand solution into the high-end hospitality market. MST will also install the next-generation infrastructure that will support the fastest Internet connections available commercially. The agreement can be extended further by mutual agreement of the parties.

In the coming months, MST will provide television programming to all 176 hotel rooms at One Central Park, which Trump will offer free to guests. MST will receive a monthly fee for each room it provides television services to. The programming will feature a combination of analog television and Internet Protocol Television (IPTV), offering guests a diverse selection of programming. MST expects to generate additional revenue from the sale of VoD, high-speed Internet and interactive services, which will be offered on a pay-per-use basis. The parties will share the revenue generated from such guest usage.
